Privacy policy

This describes exactly what we store and why.

What we store

• Your email address — it identifies your account and is how we send confirmation and password-reset links.
• A hash of your password, if you set one. Never the password itself.
• Your name and company, if you choose to give them. Both optional.
• The jobs you describe and the lists produced, so you can return to them.
• Usage records, so the free-trial allowance can be counted.
• The IP address and browser you signed up from, to investigate abuse of the trial.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, don't share it with advertisers, and don't run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on the app.

Who else is involved

Microsoft Azure hosts the application and its database. Databricks provides the language models that read your job description. SMTP2GO delivers confirmation and reset emails. If you sign in with Google, Google confirms your identity.

Your job descriptions

The text you type is sent to a language model to be read. It is not used to train any model.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account exists. Delete the account and your jobs, lists and usage records go with it.

Cookies

One cookie, holding your signed-in session. Not readable by scripts, not used for tracking.
